Bachelors Special Spicy Chicken Curry
its a quick and easy recipe
Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken
- 3 Onion
- 2 Tomato
- 3 Green chilly
- 5 pods Garlic
- Coriander leaves as required
- Curry leaves as required
- 200 g Shallots
- 1/2 inch Ginger
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Chilly powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients except coriander leaves and curry leaves together in a vessel.
- Cook it covered till chicken is well cooked. Don¦t add water.
- Add coriander leaves and curry leaves. Mix well and take it from flame.
- Serve it hot.
