Instructions
- Soak the almond in hot water for 15 mins
- remove the skin
- grind it to the smooth paste by adding milk
- In a kadai add almond paste and sugar and stir it
- add colour powder and mix it
- add besan flour and stir it continuously for 15 mins in low flame
- stir until it becomes halwa consistency and non sticky
- in a pan heat the ghee and fry the cashews and transfer into the halwa
- now badam halwa is ready to serve
