Ingredients
  

  • 8 nos Brinjal Vazhuthananga
  • 3 tsp Salt
  • 4 tsp Chilly powder
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Slice beinjals into 4 pieces(length-wise).
  • Marinate them for 20 minutes with salt and chilly powder.
  • Fry in vegetable oil.
  • :- This can be done using sliced potatoes and bitter gourd too.
