Baked Vegetable Cutlet Baked veg cutlets 2 nos Potatoes (medium)5 - Beans1/2 cup Green peas1 no Carrot1 no Beetroot (optional, small)2 tbsp Corn flour1/2 tsp Dry mango powder (Amchoor)1 tbsp OilRed chilly powder (As reqd)Salt (As reqd)1/2 cup Coriander leaves (finely chopped) Cook potatoes and beetroot in a pressure cooker.:- It should not be too watery.Cook other vegetables separately in the pressure cooker upto 1 whistle.Mash them lightly.Add all the other ingredients and mix well.Shape as desired into medium sized cutlets.Place in greased aluminium foiled tray and bake in broil mode, till brown.:- It may take 20 - 30 mins.:- Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
