Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Lower the heat and add the jaggery.
- Keep stiring on low heat, so that it does not burn.
- Add the banana pieces and keep stirring.
- Add the grated coconut and keep stirring, till u get the right texture. :- The heat can be increased, if needed.
- When the mixture becomes a nice dark brown colour, add the raisins.
- Take the mixture off the fire and let it cool. :- Serve with vanilla icecream.
