Ingredients
- Beans(chopped) - 2 cups
- Shallots(chopped, Kunjulli) - 1/2 cup
- Green chillies(slit) - 4 nos
- Coconut(grated) - 2 cups
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Fenugreek seed powder(Uluva) - 1 pinch
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Tamarind juice(lemon sized ball) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Curry leaves - 1 spring
- Coconut oil(As reqd) -
- Dry red chillies(slit) - 2 nos
- Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Shallots(finely chopped, Kunjulli) - 1 tsp

Instructions
- For preparing beans theeyal, take a clay vessel and fry beans, shallots and green chillies in coconut oil and keep it aside.
- Add chilly powder, fenugreek seed powder and turmeric powder to it and mix well. Take it out of the flame.
- In the same clay vessel add tamarind juice, salt, coconut paste, curry leaves and the fried veggies one by one and cook it by pouring required water. Remove it from the flame when done.
- Take another vessel, pour oil and fry the seasoning ingredients: mustard seeds, red chilly and finely chopped small onions. Pour the seasoning into above mixture.
- Beans theeyal is ready. Serve hot.
