- Beef(small cubes) - 1/2 kg
- Onion(rings) - 1 no
- Green chillies - 4 nos
- Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Gram flour - 1 cup
- Rice flour - 1/2 cup
- Lime juice - 1 no
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Curry leaves(Few) -
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1 tbsp) -
- Red colour(A pinch) -

Instructions
- For preparing the delicious dish, first marinate beef with salt, garam masala, 1/2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder and chilly powder.
- Keep it for 1 hour.
- Mix gram flour, rice flour, pepper, color and 1/2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste.
- Dip the beef pieces in the gram flour mix and fry it in oil.
- Drain and keep aside.
- In a pan, heat the fried oil. Add the green chillies, onion and curry leaves. Immediately add the fried beef. Squeeze lime juice on top.
- The crispy beef fry is ready.
