Ingredients
- Beef - 1 kg
- Savala - 3 big
- Garlic crushed - 2 tbsp
- Ginger crushed - 2 tbsp
- Coconut - 1/2 portion
- Coriander powder - 2 tbsp
- Meat masala - 21/2 tbsp
- Pepper crushed - 1 1/2 tbsp
- Garam masala - 1 tbsp
- Fennel powder - 1/2 tsp
- Green chilly - 3
- Coconut milk(optional) - 1 cup
- Water(optional) - 1 cup
- Salt -
- Oil - 3 tbsp
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves(handful) -

Instructions
- Cut beef into small square pieces.completely drain the water from it. Then marinate with coriander powder , 2 tbsp meat masala, garam masala , 1 1/2 tbsp ginger and 1 1/2 tbsp garlic , 1 tbsp pepper , savala chopped , coconut chopped and salt. Keep it for half an hour.
- Take that in a pressure cooker and close the lid and let 6 whistles to come.
- Heat a pan add oil add mustard seeds and fenugreek let it splutter then add balance GI get ,garlic and masalas and pepper fry till nice aroma comes then add beef to it with its own water.
- Then the curry will look like this.
- You can add lilltle more oil if needed and add more curry leaves
