- Beef - 500 gm
- Shallots(sliced) - 15 nos
- Ginger(sliced) - 1 inch piece
- garlic(sliced) - 5 cloves
- Dried red chilly - 3 nos
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Asafoetida powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Red chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Salt to taste -
- Curry leaves - 2 springs
- Oil as needed -

- To this add washed and drained beef.
- Then add all the powders and curry leaves.
- Pour oil to it.
- Pour water as needed.
- Close the pressure cooker and wait for 5 whistles or till the beef gets cooked.
- When the beef gets cooked off the flame.
- Heat a pan and pour oil.
- When the oil is hot, add the dried red chilly.
- Then stir in the cooked beef with the full gravy to the pan.
- Stir well and close the pan for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Check in between and stir well.
- When the oil gets separated and it reaches a roasted form, off the flame.
