A very easy & healthy Curd raita made from beetroot and few Indian spices. A very basic Curd raita recipe that is easy to prepare and very tasty to be served as side dish. Beetroot raita is a best side dish you can prepare for lunch. Yogurt combined with beetroot is simply superb for body in summer season. Even the children will love to taste this combination of raitha.

  • Finely chop the onion and green chili and grate the beetroot
    Beetroot Raitha –
  • heat the oil in the pan and saute the onion and green chili
    Beetroot Raitha –
  • add grated beetroot and salt and mix

  • allow to cook for 5 mins and allow to cool
    Beetroot Raitha –
  • once it get cooled add curd and mix well
    Beetroot Raitha –
  • now beetroot raitha is ready to serve
