- Mustard seeds - 1 /
- Cumin seeds(Nalla jeerakam) - 1 /
- Green chilly(Chopped) - 4-5 nos
- Curd/Yoghurt - 1 /
- Curry leaves -
- Oil - 1 tbsp

- Heat oil in a pan, splutter Mustard seeds followed by Cumin seeds.Add green chillies and curry leaves, sauté it .
- Transfer this cooked vegetables into a bowl . Add curd to it and mix well.Beetroot Salad is ready.Serve with steamed rice.
