- chop the boiled aloo in the cubes
- deep fry it
- In a bowl, add puffed rice, cooked aloo, onion, green chili, coriander leaves, red chili powder, cumin powder, chat masala. salt, lemon juice, oil and mixture and mix well
- now bhel puri is ready
