Ingredients
- Lady's finger - 500 gms
- Onion(sliced) - 3 nos
- Tomato(chopped) - 2 nos
- Ginger(Garlic paste - 1 tsp) -
- Green chillies - 1 no
- Kashmiri Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Jeera powder(Cumin) - 1 1/2 tsp
- Dry mango powder(a pinch, Amchur) -
- Garam masala powder - 1/4 Tspn
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves(to garnish) -
- Salt(to taste) -
- Oil - 3 tbsp

Instructions
- Cut Lady`s finger into 1 inch length.
- In a kadai pour oil and add cumin seeds. Wait till it breaks.
- Add Onions and saute till pink colour.
- Add Ginger-Garlic paste,green chillies and saute for a minute.
- Add all the powders.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and required salt.
- Finally add the lady`s finger.
- Allow the lady`s finger to cook for 5 minutes with the lid.
- :- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- :- Serve Bhindi Masala hot with Chappathi`s or rice. Excellent Side dish.
