Ingredients
- Bottle gourd(peeled and cubed) - 1 no
- Onion(chopped) - 1 no
- Tomato(chopped) - 1 no
- Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste -
- Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Kashmiri chilly - 2 full
- Curry leaves(A few) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Water(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Peel, wash and cube the bottlegourd.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Splutter jeera, mustard and curry leaves. Stir for few seconds.
- Add chopped onion and stir and allow it to turn translucent.
- Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, cumin and coriander powder and mix well.
- Add chopped tomato and stir till the tomatoes soften.
- Add bottle gourd.
- Pour 1 - 1 ½ cup water and mix all the ingredients well.
- Cover with a lid and allow to cook for 10 minutes on medium flame.
