Bread Egg Balls
This is my own recipe. this is different in taste and and crispy too
Ingredients
- Scrambled Egg ½ cup
- Boiled Egg cubes 2
- Boiled and smashed potato 1 cup
- Finely chopped onion 1
- Red chilli powder 1 tsp
- Garam ma
Instructions
- In a bowl add potato, onion, scrambled egg , red chili powder, salt, garam masala and boiled egg and mix well .
- Now remove the bread corner and cut into 2 piece and dip in water and remove it.
- In the bread keep the mix and make a ball.
- Now dust with bread crumbs
