Ingredients
- Bread slices - 4 nos
- Gram flour(Kadalapodi) - 100 gm
- Potato(boiled and mashed) - 2 nos
- Mustard seeds -
- Chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil - 1/2 lt

Instructions
- Cut the bread slices diagonally into two.
- Make a semi liquid paste of gram flour, salt and 1/2 tsp of chilly powder.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Splutter mustard seeds.
- Add turmeric powder, chilly powder and mashed potato.
- Mix well till water is absorbed.
- Take one bread slice and apply the potato masala and cover with another slice.
- Dip each bread slice in the gram flour dough and fry them in oil.
