Instructions
- Cut onion, green chillies and tomato into small pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Splutter mustard seeds and saute curry leaves.
- Saute onion till light brown.
- Add tomato and green chillies and let it tender.
- Add turmeric powder and salt.
- Blend the eggs into it and mix well.
- Cook for 5 mins.
- :- Serve hot.
- :- GOOD WITH CHAPATTIS,OR CAN BE USED IN BREAD SANDWICH.
