- Brinjal(cut into rounds, big) - 4 nos
- All purpose flour(Maida) - 1 1/2 cup
- Rice flour - 1/2 cup
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1 tbsp) -
- Chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Cumin powder - 2 tsp
- Chaat masala - 1 tsp
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Coriander leaves(Few) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

- For preparing brinjal batter fry, first mix chilly powder, cumin powder, turmeric, chaat masala, coriander leaves and salt.
- Mix together all purpose flour, salt and rice powder with some water. Make a smooth batter.
- Fry it in oil.
- Brinjal batter fry is ready.
