Ingredients
- Prawns(de-viened) - 1/2 kg
- Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp
- Red chilly sauce - 1 tbsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Corn flour - 1 tbsp
- Green chillies(slit) - 4 nos
- Tomato(sliced) - 1 no
- Curry leaves - 1 cup
- Butter - 1 1/2 tbsp

Instructions
- Refrigerate for 1/2 an hour.
- Heat butter in sauce pan. Add green chillies and curry leaves. Add tomatoes.
- Add the prawns and deep fry it.
- Butter fried prawns is ready.
