  • Cabbage finely chopped: 2 cup
  • Green chilli: 2 chopped
  • Chana dal[kadala parippu]: 1 tsp
  • Urad dal[ uzhunnu]: 1 tsp
  • Mustard: ½ tsp
  • Few curry leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil: 3 tsp
  • Kashmiri chilli full: 2


  • Heat oil in a pan add mustard, chana dal stir, and add urad dal, curry leaves, green chilli and kashmiri chilli [ cut into 2-3 pieces].
  • Enter Step
  • Add chopped cabbage, salt, turmeric powder, chopped ginger and grated coconut. Saute well.
  • Cover with a lid and allow to cook for 2 minutes and saute and cook another 3 minutes on a low flame.
  • Remove in a serving bowl .
