  • Chana dal[kadala parippu]: 1 tsp -
  • Urad dal[ uzhunnu]: 1 tsp -
  • Mustard : ½ tsp -
  • Few curry leaves -
  • Salt to taste -
  • Oil : 3 tsp -
  • Kashmiri chilli full: 2 -

Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan add mustard, chana dal stir, and add urad dal, curry leaves, green chilli and kashmiri chilli [ cut into 2-3 pieces].

  3. Add chopped cabbage, salt, turmeric powder, chopped ginger and grated coconut. Saute well.

  4. Cover with a lid and allow to cook for 2 minutes and saute and cook another 3 minutes on a low flame.
