  • Heat oil in a pan and saute onions, green chillies and curry leaves. Add ginger garlic pastes, tomato and sautT.
  • Add coriander powder, kashmiri chilly powder, pepper powder, fennel powder, cinnamon and clove powder and garam masala. Saute well in low heat.
  • Add chicken to the pot. Mix uncovered for 10-15 minutes.
  • Add 1 teacup water. Cover and cook till chicken is done.
  • In another small pan, melt butter and half fry capsicum.
  • Once chicken is cooked, add fried capsicum to the chicken. Add tomato paste. Mix well.
  • Cook for 5 minutes. Allow to boil.
  • Add yogurt and mix well. Immediately switch off flame. Do not boil.
  • :-Serve with love.
