An easy capsicum masala curry

Ingredients
- Capsicum(large) - 2 nos
- Onion(large) - 1 no
- Tomato(large) - 1 no
- Ginger garlic paste - ½ tsp
- Bay leaf - 1 no
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander(Cumin powder - 1 tsp) -
- Garam masala - ½ tsp
- Vinegar - ½ tsp
- Kasuri methi(crushed) - ½ tsp
- Fresh cream/Cashew nut paste - ½ tbsp
- Water(As reqd for gravy) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Add tomato and saute.
- Add roasted coriander-cumin powder, chilli powder, salt and turmeric powder.
- Add some water, stir and cook for 3 minutes on medium flame.
- Add fresh cream, crushed kasuri methi, vinegar and garam masala. Stir well.
- Transfer the contents toa bowl.
- :- Serve with pav, chappati or any other Indian bread.
