
- Cook until the carrots become soft and tender.
- Mix everything well and keep stirring, until the mixture absorbs all the water. Once that is done, turn off the flame .
- Transfer the mixture into a rectangular or square shape baking tray. Press down gently on the mixture with a spatula to make a smooth surface, then leave the tray aside.
- Mix well until the mixture becomes a smooth paste.
- Pour the paste on top of the carrot mixture and make a smooth layer.
- Once it is properly set, cut the burfi into any shape you want. Enjoy..
