  • For preparing the tasty dish first clean and cut the cauliflower into medium sized pieces.
  • Chop the onion, capsicum, garlic and green chilli.
  • Heat the oil in the pan and saute the onion, garlic and green chilli.
  • Add capsicum and mix it.
  • Add ginger garlic paste and mix well until the raw smell goes out.
  • Add red chili power, salt, turmeric and pepper.
  • Add cauliflower and mix it and allow to cook for 10 mins in medium flame.
  • Once the cauliflower gets cooked, add the beaten eggs.
  • Scramble the eggs and allow to cook until the eggs get well blended with cauliflower
  • Now cauliflower egg masala is ready.
