Ingredients
- Celery(chopped) - 6 -
- Carrots(chopped, medium) - 2 nos
- Onion(chopped, small) - 1 no
- Green chillies(chopped) - 2 nos
- Garlic pods - 2 nos
- Grated Coconut - 3/4 cup
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves - 1 stem
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil - 2 tbsp

Instructions
- 1)Grind together coconut, garlic and turmeric powder into a coarse form. 2)Heat oil in a pan. 3)Splutter mustard seeds. 4)Add curry leaves. 5)Add the chopped ingredients and saute for 3 - 4 mins. 6)Add the ground coconut mixture along with salt and saute. 7)Lower the flame and cover with a lid. 8)Cook for 3 mins. 9)Remove the lid and saute again.
