Kerala Cuisine Tomato Chutney Easy to cook and yummy chutney 2 nos Tomato (finely chopped)1/2 " Ginger (chopped)1 no Green chilly (sliced)1 no Onion (sliced length wise)1/2 tsp Chilly powder1/4 tsp Mustard seeds2 tsp OilSalt (As reqd)4-6 Curry leaves3/4 cup Water Heat oil in a frying pan or a kadai.Splutter mustard seeds.Saute onion, ginger, green chilly and curry leaves for 6 - 7 mins.Add the chopped tomato and saute, until it becomes mashed.Add water and allow it to boil.Add chilly powder and salt.When the gravy becomes thicker, remove from the flame.:- Serve with white rice, chappathis, naan, pooris etc. Kerala
