- Beef - 1 kg
- Chilly powder - 3 tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Masala powder - 1 tsp
- Pepper powder - 2 tsp
- Ginger(chopped) - 50 gm
- Green chillies(sliced) - 5 nos
- Onion(crushed) - 50 gm
- Onion(sliced) - 50 gm
- Coconut(Thenga kothu)(sliced) - 1/4 cup
- Oil - 4 tsp
- Curry leaves(A few) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Cut the beef into small pieces and wash well.
- Mix meat with ginger, crushed onion, green chillies, curry leaves chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, masala powder and salt.
- Pressure cook the meat for 10 mins.
- :- It should be cooked only upto 80%.
- Reduce the flame and cook, till it becomes dry.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add chopped onions and saute, until they turn brown.
- Add cooked meat and saute for 10 mins.
- Add coconut chips and saute again for 10 mins.
- Add pepper powder and some curry leaves and saute for 5 mins.
