- Chakka kuru/jack fruit seeds(boiled and cut into small pieces) - 1 cup
- Onion - 1 no
- Chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves(Few) -

Instructions
- For preparing chakka kuru mezhukhuperiti, first cook jack fruit seeds with little salt until done. Keep this aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, splutter the mustard seeds. Fry the ground paste, curry leaves and add the chakka kuru pieces.
- Fry it and serve hot.
