Ingredients
- Onion - 2
- Chilies - 4
- Coriander leaves(few) -
- Ginger - 1 inch
- Cheese - 100 gms
- Egg - 4
- Coriander powder - 1ts
- Chilly powder - ½ ts
- Cumin powder - 1ts
- Pepper powder - ½ ts
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 ts
- Salt(to taste) -
- Oil(as needed) -
- Bread slice(as required) -

Instructions
- Beat the eggs and keep it aside.
- In a pan heat the oil and add the onions and sautT till it turns brown
- Add the ginger and chillies
- Add the eggs and scramble them.
- Remove from flame and cool off and then add the coriander leaves.
- In a bread slice stuff with the mixture and sprinkle cheese.
- Toast them and serve hot with green chatni or sauce.
Recipe Notes
Add lots of cheese if your kid is a cheese lover. Apply sauce on the bread slice before stuffing it.
