- Chena(elephant yam) - 250 g
- Kaya(Raw banana) - 2

- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp

- Cut all the veggies and keep it ready.
- Cook chena,raw banana,tomato,onion,green chilly,curry leaves with turmeric powder,salt and water as required for 20 minutes.
- Add ground coconut into the curry.
- Mix well,remove from the flame when it starts boil.
- Heat oil and splutter mustard seed,add shallots and saute until golden brown in colour.mix it with the curry.
- Serve the chena-Kaya Curry with rice.
