- Onions 2 large OR 3 medium -
- Ginger -

- Turmeric -
- Coriander powder -
- Cumin powder -
- Garam masala -
- Tomato 2 medium -
- Coriander leaves OR Curry leaves to garnish -

Instructions
- Marinate chicken with lot of pepper, lime juice and salt. Keep an hour.
- Add turmeric to the oil, let it fry till raw smell goes. Then one by one do same with coriander and cumin powder and garam masala. Add tomato n let it cook.
- Add chicken. Let cook.
- In the end add 1 tbspn half crushed pepper and pour a little coconut oil on top and garnish leaves. Mix well and serve.
