Spicy Chicken dish cooked in Chettinad spices and black pepper

  • Marinate chicken with lot of pepper, lime juice and salt. Keep an hour.
  • Heat pan. Sauté onions, ginger, garlic
  • Add turmeric to the oil, let it fry till raw smell goes. Then one by one do same with coriander and cumin powder and garam masala. Add tomato n let it cook.
  • Add chicken. Let cook.
  • In the end add 1 tbspn half crushed pepper and pour a little coconut oil on top and garnish leaves. Mix well and serve.
