  • 2 Cups Chicken Stock
  • 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 3 tsp Pepper
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Corn Flour
  • Salt As reqd


  • Bring chicken stock to boil. Add water if the chicken stock is too concentrated.
  • Reduce flame after boiling.
  • Add salt to taste if needed (the stock will already have salt).
  • Add Tomato Ketchup, Soya Sauce and pepper to the chicken stock. Stir well.
  • Add beaten egg by pouring it thinly while continuously stirring.
  • Add corn flour to a little water and add the mixture to soup. Bring soup to boil stirring continuously.
  • Serve hot.
