Ingredients
- Prawns - 1/2 kg
- Ginger Paste - 1 tbsp
- Garlic paste - 3/4th tbsp
- Onions - 2 nos
- Green chillies - 5 -
- Peppercorns(crushed) - 5 nos
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Tomato puree(If made fresh with tomatoes otherwise 3 tbsp with 1 cup of water) - 1 1/2 cups
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Lime juice - 1 tbsp
- Curry leaves - 1 sprig
- Oil - 1/4th cup
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add chopped onions and saute till onion becomes brown.
- Add ginger paste, garlic paste, chopped green chillies and cook for a while.
- Add the chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder and fry on low flame till the raw smell goes.
- Add tomato puree and keep cooking until the mixture becomes a semi gravy one.
- Add the prawns, crushed peppercorns, garam masala, curry leaves and lemon juice.
- Cover and cook till the prawns are nicely done.
- :- Serve with chapathis, naan or any other kind of roti.
