- pressure cook potatoes
- shallow roast red chilli ,dhania, ginger garlic,cumin seeds,elachi,kalpari bark,star anise,pepper,cury leafs .
- to it add tomatoes, green chili, curry leaves, turmeric,red chili powder, coriander powder.
- to this add boiled potatoes and salt
- now grind the shallow roasted with coconut
