This curry goes very well with variety rice or chapati / roti too. first step is shallow roast the spices and the next is to saute onions, tomatoes to bring out this delicious curry.

  1. pressure cook potatoes

  4. to it add tomatoes, green chili, curry leaves, turmeric,red chili powder, coriander powder.
