Ingredients
- chicken 1/2 kg -
- Onion : 2 -
- Tomato 2 -
- ginger garlic paste 3 tsp -
- curry leaves as required -
- Oil : 3 tsp -
- Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Lemon juice : 2 tsp -
- coriander leaves 3 tsp -
For Chettinadu Masala:
- Coriander seeds : 3 tsp -
- red chillies 4 to 5 -
- cumin seeds / jeera 1 tsp -
- cinnamom 1 -
- black pepper 2 tsp -
- Cardamom: 4 -
- aniseeds 1 -
- Cloves : 4 -
- coconut 1/4 cup -

Instructions
- clean the chicken and add salt, turmeric powder and lemon juice and soak for 15 mins
- now add coconut with that chettinadu masala and make a fine paste
- add curry leaves and ginger garlic paste and mix it
- add chopped tomato and mix well
- now add chettinadu masala paste and cook till the raw smell comes out
- now add soaked chicken and mix well.
- if required add little water and allow to boil the chicken
- now chettinadu chicken is ready. serve with hot rice
