Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Custard powder Mix in 1/4 cup warm milk.
  • 500 ml Milk
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Chia Seeds Soaked in 1 cup water for 10 minutes.
  • 1/4 cup Almonds

Instructions
 

  • Boil milk by adding sugar.
  • When it starts to boil, pour the custard mix and stir continuously keeping the flame low.
  • When it becomes thick, remove from flame, cool and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
  • Take soaked chia seeds and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
  • Take tall serving glasses or bowls and add 3-4 tbsp of chia into each glass.
  • Pour custard into it in right proportions.
  • Top it with some chopped almond and serve chilled!
