For preparing Chicken 65 Dry, first cut the chicken into small pieces. Wash them well and add 3 cups of water and keep it for a minimum of half an hour. It will make the chicken very tender after we deep fry it.
Take out the chicken and wash again and drain. In a bowl add all the ingredients except oil.
Mix well and keep aside for 15 minutes.
Heat oil in a kadai and shallow fry the chicken until well cooked.
