Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with soya sauce, chilli sauce, salt, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder and egg white.
- Add cornflour and mix well. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan. Fry the marinated chicken pieces. Remove in a plate.
- Heat up the rest of the oil.
- Add the chopped onion and saute till it turns light golden colour.
- Add½ tspchilli powder,½ tspginger garlic paste, 1 tsp of soya sauce and 1 tsp of schezwan sauce.
- Add salt, if required. Saute well.
- Add fried chicken and stir for 1 minute.
- Transfer the contents to a serving bowl.
- :- Serve hot with chapati, rice etc.
