  • Marinate the chicken with soya sauce, chilli sauce, salt, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder and egg white.
  • Add cornflour and mix well. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Fry the marinated chicken pieces. Remove in a plate.
  • Heat up the rest of the oil.
  • Add the chopped onion and saute till it turns light golden colour.
  • Add capsicum and stir well. Do not allow the capsicum to get over cooked.
  • Add½ tspchilli powder,½ tspginger garlic paste, 1 tsp of soya sauce and 1 tsp of schezwan sauce.
  • Add salt, if required. Saute well.
  • Add fried chicken and stir for 1 minute.
  • Transfer the contents to a serving bowl.
  • :- Serve hot with chapati, rice etc.
