- Rice flour - 1 cups
- Chicken Mince - 150 gms
- Onion - 1 medium
- Green chili - 1 chopped
- Ginger and garlic chopped - 1 tblsp
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Coriander and mint chopped(a small amount) -
- Fennel seed - 1/2 tsp
- Oil - 2 tblsp

- Switch off flame mix together and make dove
- In pan add oil and fennel seeds
- Add onions and fry until it comes brown
- Add garam masala and salt mix well
- Now add chicken mince mix well in low flame
- Add mint and coriander and off the flame and keep aside.
- Take small amount of rice dove and shape like semi sphere
- Inside of dove stuff the chicken keema
- shape your kollukattai as your wish. i shaped like modak and ball type
- Finish all the stuffing and Steam with steamer
- Now its ready to eat. serve hot and tomato ketchup is rigth choice of dip
