Ingredients
- Chicken(minced & cooked) - 1 cup
- Bread slices - 6 nos
- Onion(chopped) - 1 no
- Green chillies(chopped) - 3 nos
- Ginger(garlic paste - 2 tsp) -
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Capsicum(cubed) - 1 no
- Coriander leaves(Few) -
- Pepper(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing chicken loaf, heat little oil in a pan.
- Fry onion, green chillies and capsicum.
- Add garam masala and chicken. Mix well.
- Add pepper and salt.
- Add coriander leaves and mix well. Remove from fire.
- Fill 2 tsp chicken mixture and cover in bread slices.
- Deep fry it in oil.
- Chicken loaf, a yummy dish with kids as well as elders, is ready.
