Chicken Masala Fry Fried chicken with masala 500 gm Chicken2 nos Tomato2 - Green chilliesOil for fryingFor marinating:1 tsp Soya sauce1/2 tsp Vinegar1 tsp Chilly saucePepper powderTandoori colour (A pinch)Ginger (garlic paste - 2 tsp)Salt (As reqd)2 tbsp Corn flour1 tbsp Allpurpose flour (Maida) Marinate chicken with the above ingredients for 2 hrs.Grind together tomatoes and green chillies into a fine paste and keep it aside.Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.Deep fry the marinated chicken pieces.Heat 2 - 3 tbsp of oil in another pan.Add the ground paste and salt and fry, till oil separates.Once it is done, add fried chicken pieces.Mix well in masala.Garnish with coriander leaves.:- Serve with pulao or parathas.
