Ingredients
- Chicken(boneless prefered) - 1kg
- Black pepper - 1 tsp
- Onion(sliced vertically) - 1 1/2 nos
- Garlic pods - 6-7 nos
- Bay leaves(break into small pieces) - 1/2 of
- Cinnamon stick(break into small pieces) - 1 inch
- Karambu - 2-3 nos
- Turmeric powder(little) -
- Chilli powder(as per your spicy) - 2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 3 tsp
- Green chillies - 3 nos
- Coriander leaves(for decoration) -
- Salt(as per your taste) -
- Lime juice - 3 tsp

Instructions
- Wash and cut chicken into medium pieces.
- Grind garlic pods in mixer.
- Take kadai, add oil, add bay leaves, cinnamon, krambu and fry for a minute.
- Add green chillies and fry for a minute.
- Add onions and fry till golden brownish.
- Add chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and fry till it gets little thicker.
- If it sticks to the bottom of kadai, add the left water which is in cooker and fry it till the powder smell goes off.
- Add chicken along with water into the masala.
- Keep stirring if it sticks to the pan and add little water if required.
- Add coriander leaves at the end and squeeze little lime.
