  • Cook the chicken by adding 1 tsp pepper powder and salt as required. Remove the bones and shred the chicken along with paneer with the help of a food processor. Keep it aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add ginger garlic paste, green chillies and onion. Saute till it becomes soft.
  • Then add all masala powders and salt. Saute for 2 minutes.
  • Now add the shredded chicken and paneer.
  • Mix well and close the lid. Cook for 5-10 minutes in low flame. Add chopped coriander leaves and remove it from the flame.
  • Fill in each sheet or rolled dough with samosa filling. Seal the sides with water. Heat oil & fry the samosas till nice & golden.
  • Tasty chicken paneer samosa is ready now.
