  • Clean the chicken sausage. 2)Boil it for 5 min and drain.
  • Cut it diagonally in to small peices.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan.
  • Add onions cut in square shape (don`t chop finely).
  • Saute the onions till it turns slightly golden. Do not saute till it becomes transparent
  • To this add green chillies cut diagonally.
  • Add tomato, soya & chilly sauce to this and mix well.
  • Add salt & black pepper powder.
  • To this add the sausage and mix well and keep this in low flame for about 2 mins.
  • :- Empty this to a plate and serve it hot
