Chicken semiya is an very delightful recipe, made instantly with a handful of vegeis and chicken shreds. The oil is tempered with mustard , chillies and curry leafs and onions and vegetables are saute to the same. The pre cooked vermicelli is mixed to it and the dish is ready to serve.

Instructions
- shred the chicken pieces and keep aside
- boil semiya or vermicelli in water, strain and keep aside.
- in oil saute mustard seeds, green chilli, ginger, curry leafs, onion, carrot and beans
- now add the shredde chicken pieces to it
- stir finely and add cooked semiya to it and serve hot.
