Ingredients
  

  • to marinate
  • Chicken 1 kg
  • curd 3 tsp
  • ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • red chili powder 1 tsp
  • garam masala 2 tsp
  • corainder powder 1 tsp
  • amchur powder 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • lemon juice 3 tsp
  • red colour powder 1 pinch
  • oil to fry

Instructions
 

  • in bowl add chicken, curd, gignger garlic apste, red chili powder, garam masala, salt, lemon juice, red colour powder, coriander powder and amchur powder
  • mix well and marinate for 1/2 hour
  • insert in stick and cook in direct stove for 15 mins
  • then heat the oil and cook it for 5 mins
  • now chicken tikka chilly is ready to serve
