Marination:
- Chicken - 1 kg
- Salt as taste -
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Ginger and garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Green chili - 2
- Coriander(small bunch) -
Tempering :
- Onions - 2 sliced
- Curry leaves(small) -
- Green chili - 1
- Oil and salt as required -

Instructions
- First marinate chicken with marination list shown in ingredients table. marinate for 30 mins
- Dry roast the spices list in ingredients table and keep aside.
- Now first add grind the spices in blender
- In big pan add oil and saute onion, green chili and curry leaves
- Now add marinate chicken and cook for 3-5 mins
- Now add paste and water cook for 10 mins in medium flame
- At last stage add coriander leaves and now the Chicken Xacuti is ready
