Instructions
Clean mushrooms, pat it dry and cut it into big pieces.
Heat
oil
in a pan. Add chopped
garlic
.
ginger
and chopped
green chillies
and saute for a few seconds.
Add mushrooms and cook until mushrooms become soft and dry.
Add red
capsicum
, green
capsicum
, yellow
capsicum
and saute for 1 minute until
capsicum
becomes little soft.
Add soya sauce, chilli sauce,
tomato
sauce, boiled rice and lime juice. Stir well.
Add
spring onion
,
salt
and
pepper powder
. Stir well.
:- Sauces can be increased or decreased according to individual preferences.
Transfer the contentsto a plate.
Garnish with spring onions.
:- Serve hot.
