  • 1 kg Chicken Mince
  • Chicken Seasoning (Masterfoods)
  • ½ kg Prawns chopped
  • 2 - Onions minced
  • 2 nos Carots grated
  • 2 - Egg yolks
  • 30 pack Spring roll pastry makes 60 rolls
  • 2 nos Egg whites to seal Pastry
  • Oil for frying


  • Make a mix of the above ingredients and place in spring roll pastry.
  • Seal pastry with egg whites and deep fry in hot oil.
